Policies

- Service Deposit Policy All Clients who book chemical services are required to pay a $50 deposit upon scheduling online. This deposit will be applied at checkout the day services are rendered. When booking over the phone a link will be sent via text message for you to complete the deposit payment. Failure to pay within 24 hours of receiving deposit link will result in cancellation of your appointment. We require 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to adjust, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. Failure to comply with this policy with forfeit your $50 deposit completely. If any appointment booked is considered a no-call/no show a fee of 100% of that appointment may be required to book any future appointments.

- Cancellation Policy We require 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment to adjust, cancel or reschedule appointment at hand. Failure to comply with this policy will forfeit your $50 deposit completely.

-No call/no show at the Beauty Bar Salon will result in a 100% cost of service booked required at the time of scheduling for all future appointments. Failure to give a full 48 hours notice to adjust, cancel or reschedule appointment, you will forfeit all monies paid.

-Prices start at our base prices. ***Prices are subject to change and vary by stylist***

-The Beauty Bar Salon does not issue refunds for salon services. Please notify us within 5 day of your visit if you are not completely satisfied. Fixes or adjustments will be charged for accordingly after the 5 day period is over and are also VOIDED if client goes to another salon and or colors/alters their hair after treatment at The Beauty Bar Salon.

-The Beauty Bar Salon does not issue refunds on products but we will be happy to exchange the item or give in salon credit towards another product.

-The Beauty Bar Salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage to any personal items.

-The Beauty Bar Salon reserves the right to refuse any service at our discretion.

-Gratuities are not included with services and cannot be added to credit card transactions.
